We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Fellow for our successful Film Production programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career academic to contribute expertise to a dynamic undergraduate course within one of our most popular programmes.
You will have a good professional profile within the area of Film Production as well as teaching experience in Higher Education. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and lead a range of modules, actively taking part in student recruitment activities and other administrative tasks appropriate to the role. You will also work with students across all levels and offer academic and pastoral support.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design teaching materials and deliver them across a range of modules or within a subject area.
  • Supervise student projects, including, where appropriate, field trips, placements, and postgraduate projects.
  • Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or enhancement.
  • Contribute to the planning, design and development of course and curriculum objectives and materials, in collaboration with academic and professional services staff.
  • Engage in scholarly activity linked to teaching and learning.
  • Take a lead in own area of expertise, including leadership of modules.
