Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of Team Administrator is to ensure the smooth administrative running of our IT department. It encompasses providing administrative support our Chief Information Officer, the IT Leadership group and the broader IT team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proving administrative support to our IT Leadership team, Managers and IT team
- Project administration
- Coordinating review of incidents
- Assisting with document management, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coding and reconciliation of invoices, credit cards, expenses, purchase orders and invoices
- Raising and monitoring purchase orders and coding
- Reviewing costs and expenses
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Arranging travel and accommodation booking
- General administration to the IT team
