TEAM ADMINISTRATOR - HR ASSISTANT

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm- flexible

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven administrative experience is essential.
- Level 3 CIPD or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and HR data processing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and motivated to drive tasks forward.
- Strong confidentiality and interest in presenting data professionally.
- Experience in creating and developing training materials.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new employees.
- Coordinating interviews, preparing offer and contractual paperwork, and ensuring a smooth induction process.
- Overseeing IT setup for new starters, ordering PPE, and maintaining accurate HR databases.
- Managing absence records, conducting return-to-work meetings, and producing relevant reports.
- Handling employee records, updating the company organogram, and arranging training for non-construction staff.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to communicate information accurately and conducting regular audits.
