Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm- flexible
Are you an exceptionally organised individual with outstanding administrative skills? Our client is seeking a Team Administrator to join their growing HR team. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proven administrative experience is essential.
  • Level 3 CIPD or similar is desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with GDPR compliance and HR data processing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive and motivated to drive tasks forward.
  • Strong confidentiality and interest in presenting data professionally.
  • Experience in creating and developing training materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinating interviews, preparing offer and contractual paperwork, and ensuring a smooth induction process.
  • Overseeing IT setup for new starters, ordering PPE, and maintaining accurate HR databases.
  • Managing absence records, conducting return-to-work meetings, and producing relevant reports.
  • Handling employee records, updating the company organogram, and arranging training for non-construction staff.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to communicate information accurately and conducting regular audits.
