Description:

The Team Administrator role is a varied and fast paced role proving flexible and responsive administrative support to the leadership team to enable them to oversee the delivery of the Health Visiting Service within the Maidstone area.
Team Administrators play an important role in providing non-clinical administrative support to the Health Visiting service acting as a key contact for colleagues within the team and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supporting the management of rosters and clinic rotas, scheduling appraisals, 1:1 meeting’s and maintaining personal files.
Team Administrators will order and maintain equipment and stock, organise and provide administrative support for meetings and facilitate maintaining compliance documentation e.g. health and safety files.
The Team Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire Maidstone Health Visiting team, which includes having a thorough understanding of the team’s operations and daily activities. Team Administrators oversee performance activity, ensure elements of the patient journey are co-ordinated and support short term projects.
Team Administrators are an integral part of service delivery and as such professionals in this position have excellent people skills, are great at multi-tasking and prioritising as well as being incredibly organised.
