Responsibilities:
Based in a modern workplace at the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, surrounded by vibrant cafes and shops, and easily accessible via public transport, the position of the Team Administrator / Resourcer is integral to the success of the entire team. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of administration and resourcing duties. You will support consultants by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns. Other responsibilities for this role will include:
- Collaborating with recruiters to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates through various channels
- Conducting preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Assisting in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements
- Manage and facilitate the scheduling of diaries, activities, and appointments
- General office administration including ordering supplies, and responding to enquires via email & phone
