Team Administrator OPMHLS (P/T 22.5hrs)
We are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic person with a “can do” attitude to support the Older persons Mental Health Liaison team. To join our enthusiastic and dedicated team, someone who is willing to provide administrative support to the whole team. You will be someone who’s strengths include: planning and organisational skills; excellent time management; and someone who is adaptive and able to respond to the challenges of change and development of an exciting service.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will need to be able to communicate well and work with professionals from a variety of professional backgrounds and a have a compassionate, holistic and person-centred approach.
The duties include carrying out administrative tasks such as processing new referrals, typing letters and reports, arranging appointments, email management, taking notes a weekly team meetings and ad hoc Professionals Meetings, maintaining databases, data entry, ordering stationery, goods and services, photocopying, scanning and other admin tasks as required.
