Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Supporting purchasing and ordering processes of all indirect procurement such as stationery, resources, and consumables.
  • Creating and processing purchase requests and invoices, executing and following up on these in cooperation with procurement and controlling.
  • Coordination and booking of training and courses for site, region, and central support functions.
  • Providing local administration support, including assisting site visitors, travel booking, ordering IT equipment, workwear, and site-specific PPE.
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Regional Support and Head of Site.
  • Supporting relevant site needs such as induction, customs, travel reimbursement, and organization of internal and external meetings.
  • Assisting the O&M Team with shift and training plans, SAP entry tasks, and more.
  • Maintaining contact with government institutions and the local community (site-specific).
  • Gathering and registering time for external and internal personnel according to contracts and guidelines.
  • Acting as a superuser in IT systems and software at the site.
  • Managing daily documents in SharePoint or other document control tools.
  • Creating training matrices and educating office staff.
  • Preparing and supporting new employees with onboarding.
  • Budgeting for administration and following up on the site budget.
  • Organizing social and community events.
  • Participating in the reporting of budgets for the region and sites.
  • Providing local SAP support for time registration, absence, and more.
  • Acting as PA for the Head of Region.
  • Managing the regional SharePoint structure and internal online communication.
  • Applying lessons learned to other windfarms and new projects.
  • Supporting the Data Driven concept with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing data in the area of responsibility for Asset Operational Readiness.
  • Providing local support to facility management if applicable.
