Description:

Based in either Sydney or the Gold Coast, we are seeking a highly motivated Team Assistant to join and support the Pop-Up & Advertising Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Supporting seven Executives, you’ll help ensure smooth roll out of booked Pop Up & Advertising and assist with prospecting of potential new clients. You will get hands on experience across our NSW retail centres in this varied role, with lots of potential for career development and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Processing of purchase orders and invoicing
  • Assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks
  • Arranging meetings, preparation of minutes, agendas, and reports
  • Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence, and project files for easy retrieval
  • Diary management, travel bookings, stationery orders, typing, corporate expenses and organisation of approvals
  • Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key stakeholders
  • Use good communication skills to liaise clearly with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure meetings are booked, meetings/events are attended, reports/presentations are accurate and prepared by set deadlines etc
