Description:

Talent Connect are partnering with a top firm in the professional services space to recruit a Team Assistant. The role will support various stakeholders within the business and has a varied range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Provide administrative support to team members
  • Assist in the preparation of invoicing, reporting and document preparation
  • Booking and coordination of travel as required
  • Management of executive’s diary and schedule meetings with high attention to detail
  • Maintain company database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting other ad-hoc administration duties as required
