Description:
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven keyboard and database skills.
- Excellent telephone skills, and the ability to produce accurate high quality work, alongside proven organisational skills.
- Able to use initiative, be able to work under pressure in a busy environment, and be committed to provide the best service possible to those requiring support.
- Have a non-judgemental approach to people who are accessing services and must be willing to work flexibly as part of a team to meet changing service needs - which may include working from other bases.
- Ability to use Welsh in the workplace would be desirable.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
