What you’ll be doing:

As a Team Coordinator you will support the directors to ensure the commercial area runs smoothly and seamlessly.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Commercial Directors.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Assisting with the production and submission of Board/Committee papers
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate departmental events, workshops, and conferences and ensure their smooth execution.

What we’re looking for:

  • PA experience in similar role
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise across the various departments to achieve business plan targets
  • Operate effectively at a Senior Level discreetly and observe confidentiality
  • Apply judgement and decision, assertive nature
