About the role
Daikin Australia currently in search for a Team Coordinator to join our SCM, IT & Procurement division. This role will be based in Warwick Farm, NSW with the purpose of assisting with a range of coordination and administrative tasks ensuring that business requirements are successfully delivered on time and within budget.
Reporting to the Director of New Zealand | GM of Supply Chain, IT & Procurement, the key responsibilities are:
- Utilize interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Preparing, coordinating and organizing meetings, functions and team members
- Provide administrative support to the Director of New Zealand | GM of Supply Chain, IT & Procurement and broader team.
- Processing monthly expense claims
- Raise purchase orders and vendor request as required
- Manage approvals and relevant reporting requirements.
About you
- Previous experience in administration environment
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or IT experience is highly regarded
- Well-developed planning, organization, analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Knowledge across Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce will be highly regarded
