Description:

Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for a Team Executive Assistant to join the team.

Responsibilities:

The role requires someone who is highly-organised, process-oriented, comfortable supporting senior leadership and can adapt to a changing environment. Critically, a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills will help this person succeed within the dynamic, team environment where they will need to prioritise multiple activities and manage various stakeholders. In addition, the role will be responsible for supervising and supporting the current senior leadership team to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively. They will also be expected to assist in clearing road-blocks by communicating with other divisions effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diary of the President and Directors and align with all MX Senior Leader’s diaries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, workshops, and trainings for President, Director and other Senior Leaders
  • Arrange complex domestic and overseas travel bookings; raise internal travel approvals
  • Arrange and organise sample asset loan on behalf of the President, Director and MX senior leadersSchedule/ Book the company driver as required
  • Monitor and drive resolution for Long Term Pending service orders and ensure daily updates of all open service orders.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and achievement of full regional service coverage for all products ensuring repair quality and customer service standards are maintained at the highest level.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers ensuring all open SOs are progressed and closed fluently
  • Update and follow up service order statuses to guarantee system data accuracy
  • Organise all logistics and plans for annual conferences and events and ensure expenses are within budget
  • Assist HR partner with GWP initiatives, people & culture projects and SCI surveys
  • Coordinate Quarterly team building events and R&R events
