• As our Team Lead Accounting, you will be responsible for the recruitment, management, and development of the accounting team, on-site and remote, including training and mentoring.

• You continuously optimize and automate financial accounting processes across our multinational group and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting principles in the area of accounting and taxes.

• You implement quality standards and guidelines and adapt them to current developments, support the further development of accounting and continuously develop internal (accounting) processes and systems.
• You are the contact person for our specialist departments in accounting matters and work closely with other teams (e.g. reporting, controlling).
• You analyze, monitor, and manage cash flow, working capital, and banking matters with your team.
