DESCRIPTION

The Team Lead ensures the safe and efficient parking operations, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. This position is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests. The Team Lead works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or MOD to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to state and local laws.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
  • Provide positive customer service experiences for all Impark customers and clients
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; address escalated concerns from guests.
  • Ensure location is operated and maintained to Impark’s company standards
  • Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents or safety concerns.
  • Provide information to customers on long term parking options
  • Process cash transactions and deposits
  • Daily site inspections and equipment checks
  • Correspondence and communication with all company departments as needed.
  • Reporting and requesting of equipment servicing/repairs
  • Work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
  • Manage site staff
  • Fill in to provide coverage for front line positions, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
  • Wear assigned uniform
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
