ABOUT:

As part of the Digital Center team, you will manage a team of business development representatives and prospect the company’s existing customer base for repeat business and other lead generation sources provided by the company for new customers seeking equipment financing, working capital and insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor team results
  • Supervise team members
  • Set campaign schedules and “dispatch”
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and pre-qualify or close sales (depending on campaigns)
  • Refer prospects to field sales team if necessary
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Ensure brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of the company through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills
  • Any other tasks related to the position or arising from its evolution
