Now Hiring - Supervisor, Client Support Services - Proxy (18-month Contract)
The Supervisor will lead the Proxy Setup, and Proxy Control (Printing/Mailing), Teams for TSX Trust. This critical lead role will ensure that work is performed accurately within specified time frames and in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor will provide leadership, direction, guidance, and ongoing development opportunities for team members.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Manage and lead three Team Leads including Proxy Setup, Proxy Control Printing, and Proxy Control Mailing
Responsible for review, audit, and timely submission of month-end expenses and revenue reporting for each team
Lead key projects and implement new procedures that maximize the efficiency of the team, and reduce overtime hours
Manage the recruitment process in partnership with the talent acquisition team to attract and hire top talent
Assist with the identification of training needs and provide training to team members
Oversee workflow and support team members in the performance of their responsibilities
Provide process/compliance accountability by submitting incident reports and attending Designated Compliance Officer/Designated Risk Officer meetings
Identify and implement/propose productivity and procedural improvements that will result in cost savings and/or improved services for clients
Responsible for assessing business unit compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and fulfilling the requirements of the Designated Compliance Officer mandates
Work with IT teams to develop systems for better productivity and identify risks associated with current manual processes
Coordinate the implementation of any new or revised Policies and Procedures for Client Management
Ensure team members follow departmental policies and procedures, and participate in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and controls for the department
Lead a high-performing team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
