QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant level 7 qualification
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
• The ability to organize, motivate and understand people
• Continual attention needed to ensure plant reaches its production targets

You coordinate and manage the work of accounting clerks who are responsible for accounts payable , accounts receivable and general accounting transactions ensuring the timely and accurate completion of various accounting activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management and oversight of team members including coaching, mentoring, training and career development
• Reviews various cost accruals and Project Status Report
• Reviews and approves account reconciliations
• Strategic planning and decision-making on specific process improvements
