Description:

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

AUTODOC is a technology company with a leading e-commerce platform for vehicle parts and accessories in Europe. Founded in 2008 in Berlin, we are now 5,000 people from 68 nationalities, collaborating to make mobility easy and sustainable. By placing technology at the core of everything we do, we manage to serve customers in 27 European countries in 23 languages. In 2022, AUTODOC achieved sales of over 1,1 billion euros; stocks 5.2 million products, processes around 50,000 orders per day with over 6 million active customers. Curious minds, adventurous experts and tech-savvy professionals - one team, one billion euros revenue. Catch the ride!

FOCUS AREAS:

  • Catalog/Assortment quality: Customers see item listings every time they shop our site. The better the item data quality (pictures, item descriptions, etc), the better information customers have to find and buy what meets their needs best - and avoid mis-purchases and customer returns. The analytics team tackles and drives item data quality improvement opportunities (and hence conversion, revenue and profit).
  • Availability/Forecasting: Customers can’t buy products that aren’t available. And even if they are available, AUTODOC may not source them from the most profitable suppliers because those might be out of stock. We need to understand availability by suppliers to improve in-stock rates as well as revenue and profit, and we likely have to share indicative forecasts to allow suppliers to manage their stock position.
  • Assortment growth: AUTODOC has traditionally focused on selling items from its legacy suppliers rather than looking for geographic relevance of assortment for specific customers with specific vehicles and brand preferences. We need to identify and increase our locally relevant assortment by linking our current assortment with vehicle brands in operation in different countries and filling in assortment and brand gaps.
Additional reporting focus areas include Customer Returns, Assortment productivity, Profitability, Supplier selection.
