Team Lead (f/m/d) Accounts Payable Team

Responsibilities:

• As team leader of the local Accounts Payable team, you are actively involved in ensuring and coordinating correct posting processes such as GR/IR account clarification
• You will check and post incoming invoices, taking into account the specifications in the purchase orders and allocating the goods receipt
• You will also be responsible for the correct account assignment and posting of manual transactions while checking the correct releases
• You will process reminders and carry out special billing procedures
• In close cooperation with the purchasing department, you will optimize procedures to improve cross-departmental processes
• You will also create and check payment runs and be responsible for cash planning and month-end closing

Qualifications:

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or comparable knowledge
• Several years of professional and initial management experience and the ability to motivate colleagues
• Good knowledge of SAP FI and VAT law
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• A careful and conscientious way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language is an advantage, but not a must
