TEAM LEAD FINANCE

Actona Group AS, the Danish headquarters of the international furniture partner Actona Group, is currently seeking a passionate Team Lead Finance to oversee the finance team, consisting of six bookkeepers/finance assistants. You will be tasked with maintaining an effective team, managing monthly and yearly accounts, resolving ad hoc finance projects, and driving further automation of processes to support the company’s growth.

YOUR ROLE WILL ENCOMPASS THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and mentoring six experienced finance employees.
• Oversight of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, accounts receivables, credit insurance, and payables.
• Liquidity management and payments.
• Optimisation and automation of processes, collaborating with the IT department to introduce relevant IT systems.
• Reconciliation and closure of monthly and annual accounts.
• Collaboration with the controlling department on accounts, budget preparation, and other management reporting.
• Handling VAT, direct and indirect taxes, insurance, etc.
• Leading projects
• Performing analytics, calculations, and ad hoc tasks.
• Supporting the sales department, and departments heads
