The role
If you love the world of food and passionate about Finance and ERP Systems, join us as our new Finance Systems Manager (m/f/x) in the Global Finance team. You will be tasked with supporting and developing the Financial modules of our ERP system - Oracle Financials Cloud. In your role, you will be troubleshooting and optimizing the already existing functionality for all business units across the globe. We are seeking someone who is brimming with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and hunger to succeed

What you’ll do

• Administer Business-As-Usual applications including, operations, access review, and maintenance of the finance systems
• Work with cross-functional teams across Finance and IT on Projects, resolve operational roadblocks within agreed SLA
• Requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, Hands-on system configuration/setup, End to end testing and user training.
• Support the Global and local finance teams in addressing the production support topics and Month-end close process
• Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all technical and integration topics for assigned finance systems.
• Guide and coach 3 junior team members
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation (e.g. standard operating procedures, design documents, etc.)
• Working with Oracle Support (SRs), identify the root causes of the issues, and resolve any system issues or bugs
• Constantly look for ways to enhance our financial systems and processes

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience in a similar role/similar field
• Expert Knowledge in 4 or more Oracle Fusion Financial Modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Tax, General Ledger.
• Knowledge of Procurement and SCM is a plus
• Solid understanding of Enterprise structures, CoA structures, Hierarchies, and Flexfields setup in Fusion Financials.
• Reporting skills: OTBI, SQL, BICC
• Experience in managing Finance systems interacting with Oracle Fusion ex: Oracle EPM, Treasury Management, Blackline
• Project and Team Management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills
