The Brick is actively seeking to expand our management team. As Team Lead - Fleet, you will be reporting to the Fleet Manager. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standard of in home delivery service is achieved
  • Fleet functions and duties (such as dispatch, customer service, etc.)
  • Recruit, hire and develop staff through coaching, goal setting and conducting performance appraisals
  • Supervision of warehouse offload and cashing-in teams after deliveries
  • Stock check and balance with receiving products
  • Advise management or areas in which efficiency may be improved and take appropriate action
  • Conduct driver load out and check in processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an in-home delivery/warehouse environment
  • Valid Driver’s License and abstract
  • Knowledge of Operations - E1
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making ability
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 75 lbs
