If you are interested in leading a team that builds client software for both Mac and Mobile (iOS & Android) ecosystems and want to improve the quality, speed and value delivered every day, then this role is for you! We, in XDR R&D unit, are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the globally distributed team of client developers. The technologies we build provide industry leading capabilities to protect, detect and respond to advanced cyber attacks. The team works in an agile operating model, where the line manager has a key role in enabling team to shine!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team of highly skilled client developers and quality engineers
• Perform line and people management duties in a transforming environment
• Coach the team in continuously improving their skills and capabilities
• Participate as an active member of XDR R&D management team
• Be the contact point for internal and external stakeholders and plan the roadmap according to business needs together with Product Management
• Improve processes, quality and speed of delivery by taking a data-driven approach to bring value to our customers
• Take ownership of the components your team develops and resolve any issues should they rise
