With AGC Biologics increasing activities, we are looking for a new Team Leader with the right can-do attitude. AGC Biologics is a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) with facilities in Denmark, Germany, Japan and USA and with customers from all over the world. We have more than 30 nationalities employed, and the daily language is English.
The team
The open position is for a Team Leader managing a team of highly skilled scientist. Due to an organizational change the team is now responsible for end-to-end support, delivery project specific batch documentation, support on the shop-floor during critical process steps and ensuring batch review and handling of deviations. The team has expert knowledge of GMP requirements and process knowledge.
You will have to drive the organizational change within your team and align within the department in this transition period. The team comprise of 6 engaged colleagues that are driven by the ever-changing manufacturing pace. We strive to ensure a high quality mindset and enjoy a great team spirit.
The position
Responsibilities

As a Team Leader of the team, it will be your responsibility to support and build a high performing team. You will be responsible for:

• Creating clear direction for your team.
• Develop your team
• Ensure timely handling of tasks
• Ensure proper training of your team
• Ensure value adding collaboration with all stakeholders
• Ensure KPI delivery and follow-up
• Optimization and standardization of work processes

Experience And Competencies
The ideal candidate have the right “can-do” mindset, is eager to learn and happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
Furthermore the ideal candidate has experience from previous management positions preferably for the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
As a person you are driven by continuously improving processes and procedures. You set clear direction for your team and encourage development. Furthermore, you are curious, have a good overview and is a team player.
