Description:
What you will be doing:
- Team Management
- Perform quality design, coding and basic testing for application software
- Participate on project teams for assigned system projects
- Analyze improvements and new applications and develop requirements and specifications with team
- Produce bug free applications that meet the user requirements
- Understanding of processing, object, and data modeling for multiple applications
- Work in a variety of development coding methodology; e.g. agile/scrum
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional software development experience (more strongly preferred)
- Recent experience delivering a web based product using Agile Methodology
- Solid understanding of OOD design principles
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience fulfilling the Team Lead role leading scrums/projects
- Minimum 3 year of project coordination and communications with others departments, outside of the development sphere (i.e. Marketing, Executives, QA, PO, business users,etc)
- Ability to adapt to and learn emerging industry leading information management technologies
- Strength in selected Platform (C#)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Visual Studio .Net
- Extensive knowledge (experience) with SQL Server or MSSQL
- Scrum Master Certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal (teambuilding) skill
