Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Several years of experience in HR operations, learning and development, HR strategy, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
- Skilled in HRIS and ATS, especially Personio, with knowledge of People Data reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding initiatives.
- Experience overseeing performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in both German and English.

As the Team Lead People, Culture & Marketing (f/m/d) at Futurepath, you will be the driving force behind our organization, fostering connections and cultivating a culture of excellence. Leading our small, yet dynamic 3 - people team, you’ll focus on HR operations, employee development, HR strategy, and culture building efforts. Your pivotal role will shape Futurepath’s identity as an employer of choice in the tech industry. Collaborating with our marketing team, you’ll also develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent. In case of interest and existing relevant background you can additionally take over the lead of our marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Oversee HR and office operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HR analytics reports and compliance with German labor law.
- Prepare and steer performance review cycles and develop out of the results measures to support the growth and development of our team members
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Serve as a trusted HR business partner to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Lead employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrate proficiency in event planning, organizing and executing engaging employee events, workshops, and training sessions to foster a vibrant and inclusive company culture.
