Team Lead - Process Management (m/w/d)

As our Team Lead – Process Management (m/w/d) you’ll ensure sustainable and effective Process Management. In addition, you’ll oversee the maintenance and development of the company-wide system for managing business processes, documents, audits and risks.

• Responsibility for the company-wide process landscape and cross-departmental alignment and coordination
• Leading the Process Management Team
• Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of business processes supporting departments in identifying and implementing trends and improvements
• Support the respective functions in the organization by coordinating the implementation and further development of a suitable system for the effective management of business processes, documents, audits and risks
• Measure and evaluate process and system optimization, contribute to management reporting and reviews
• Cooperate closely with the Quality Management Team in documenting and improving processes and documentation
• Work together with the Compliance Team to ensure alignment with the Internal Control System
• Ensure awareness of Process Management and the management system in the company
• Support internal and external audits and inquiries
• Support the Head of Quality & Accreditation in identifying and achieving departmental objectives and strategies
