We are looking for a Team Lead to our Project Engineering organization. As a Team lead, Mechanical Project Engineering, you are accountable for leading, managing and developing the team.
In your role, you will report to the General Manager, Mechanical Project Engineering. The location for this position is Finland.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MSc. or BSc. in Engineering
• Excellent people, communication, and mentoring skills
• Experience in project engineering or project management
• Commitment and enthusiasm
• Focus in business and customers

• Ensuring flexible and efficient project resourcing globally in all EPP projects by proper resource planning
• Sustaining competence development and performance management in the team
• Guiding and instructing team members
• Ensuring newcomers’ and trainees’ mentoring and smooth induction
• Acting as a Project Engineer, Mechanical in assigned operative projects
• Developing and maintaining tools, processes, and the way of working in mechanical project engineering
• Sustaining technical feedback collection and providing feedback to develop teams and partners
• Ensuring that lessons learned are shared actively in the team and across the organization
