As our Team Lead Tech Recruiting (d/f/m), you will join one of the most exciting projects in IT Recruiting, where we combine the rapid speed and agility of a startup with the expertise and knowledge of a corporate.
In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous development of recruiting processes and lead a team of recruiters. You will work closely with our Head of Recruiting and Managing Directors to define and track recruiting goals for your team. You will also excel in prioritization and efficiency.

Responsibilities include

  • Lead a team of 3-4 Tech Recruiters (with the potential to grow in the near future) to create an inclusive and motivating environment where team members can thrive.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements to recruiting processes, using data-driven insights to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Managing Directors to define and track recruiting goals, ensuring that the team meets all targets.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
  • Occasional in-person visits of our clients in Berlin, Wolfsburg and other cities
  • Strong focus on increasing team performance and leading account management efforts.

Requirements

  • You have at least several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in both inhouse and agency settings
  • Experience in steering and developing client accounts, demonstrating the ability to nurture existing relationships and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work and lead in a remote-first environment - with on-site week once a quarter
  • Proven ability to create and maintain an inclusive and motivating work environment
  • Modern, data-driven approach to recruiting
  • Focus on tech- and/or automotive-positions in recruiting career
  • First leadership experience
  • Proficiency in German and English (at least C1 level) to effectively communicate with clients and team members
