This is the job:

• You guide and mentor a highly skilled team of SecOps professionals, ensuring the security of IT services and infrastructure throughout the EOS Group. The Team lead role includes optimizing SecOps overall costs and managing the team budget.
• You develop and maintain team processes to support both the internal and external facing services.
• You deliver guidance and insights to the company leadership regarding modern security trends, opportunities, and strategies. You therefore are the point of contact for relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on security policies, incidents, and initiatives.
• Overseeing the maintenance, implementation, and optimization of all security measures within the organization by leading and guiding the entire security lifecycle will be part of your responsibility - from requirements analysis and design to deployment, maintenance, and incident response.
• You work closely with Security and Compliance teams to facilitate the delivery of EOS TS centric security strategy by ensuring the compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001.
• Finally, applying security best practices for IAM roles and policies, EntraID, Security Groups, NACLs, encryption, and AWS IAM will be part of your job as well.

This is what you bring to the table:

• You have extensive professional experience as a Senior Security Engineer, preferably with team leadership experience and possess language fluency in both written and spoken English. German is not required but considered a plus.
• You are used to designing and implementing security solutions for both OnPrem and AWS Cloud based infrastructure and bring broad know-how in AWS security services.
• Automation languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ruby are no problem to you.
• You are proficient in implementing and maintaining IAM technologies like AD, EntraID, Okta or OneLogin.
• You also enrich the team with deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack and general proficiency in network security, with strength in 2nd generation Firewall.
• Knowledge of integrating security checks with CI/CD processes as well as experience in managing security for complex K8 and Docker environments make your profile unique.
