Location: Shannon, County Clare
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, on-site
Clinical 24 is a reputable healthcare recruitment agency operating in the Republic of Ireland. We specialize in providing temporary nursing staff to various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, care homes, hospitals, and community healthcare facilities. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead to join our Shannon office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically within the temporary nursing sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the Irish healthcare market and relevant regulations.
- Prior experience in a management or team lead role is essential (open to senior recruiters should they have management experience)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare recruitment consultants based in ROI and Glasgow, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the placement process.
- Utilize your in-depth healthcare recruitment experience to identify and attract top talent in the temporary nursing field.
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using our recruitment software system.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching when necessary.
- Set clear team targets and objectives aligned with company goals, and ensure they are achieved.
- Stay updated with healthcare industry trends and regulations, implementing best practices in the recruitment process.
- Handle escalations and resolve any issues that arise with candidates, clients, or team members.
- Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
