Description:
As Team Lead Warehouse (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the operational excellence of our warehouse and logistics processes in Rodgau. You will ensure that our inventory management is accurate and efficient and actively support the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.
Tasks
- Inventory Management
- Review logistics processes in all relevant areas and documentation of the results in Excel
- Coordination and monitoring of work processes in direct cooperation with the Warehouse Operations Manager
- Development and provision of training documents to promote quality standards
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) requirements
- Close collaboration with and reporting to HQ
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, ideally with managerial experience at international level
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in managing and controlling inventory, preferably in a retail environment
- In-depth knowledge of automated warehouse solutions
- Experience in using Excel at an advanced level
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
