Description:
APM WorkCare understands that prevention and proactive management of injuries in the workplace is critically important, and we work with employers and their people to minimise the personal and business impact of injuries, illness and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training.
Responsibilities:
Working as a Team Leader, you will use your clinic expertise and occupational rehab experience to lead, support and develop up to seven Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure the delivery of customer and client KPIs and operational targets. You will also own your client’s rehabilitation journey as they return to work and return to life after injury or illness.

What we are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Experience dealing with clients, Insurers, and employers
- Professional registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC – Physio/OT/Ex. Phy/Psych/Rehab Counsellor
- Driving license, willing to travel locally
- A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
