Salary Range: $122,793.54 to $142,707.09 (Negotiable) per annum + superannuation

The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Manage and mentor staff undertaking certification functions to ensure that outcomes are delivered within specified timeframes set by Council.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and initiate or undertake projects on behalf of the Manager Building Control to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement customer service initiatives to ensure the needs of the community are met and consistent with Council’s corporate Customer Service Charter.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while completing duties and responding to enquiries, via email and telephone requests
