We have a fantastic opportunity available to join Team Mack as Team Leader Compliance and Monitoring, this is a role where you can make a real difference to the Mackenzie District Community.
As our Team Leader Compliance and Monitoring you will be responsible for promoting and monitoring compliance within relevant ByLaws and Acts, including: resource management, camping, litter, noise, and animal control in the Mackenzie District.
You will be comfortable working in a regulatory framework, have robust investigative and monitoring skills, and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds.
As Team Leader Monitoring and Compliance you will have two direct reports, to whom you will provide support and mentorship, as well as being an active member in the wider Team Mack. You will engage in opportunities to develop policy and procedures that will deliver betterment to our community.
