Responsibilities:
- You’ll coach and mentor team members in formulating design delivery strategies, engaging in negotiations with key stakeholders, and advising on strategic project decisions to effectively address conflicting interests and priorities in the best interest of Powerlink.
- You’ll contribute to the leadership of Design Solutions through the active engagement and participation in working groups with other Team Leaders, Managers and other internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll be responsible for resource planning and coordination to ensure timely design delivery and successful project outcomes
