Responsibilities:
- Tertiary qualifications, or demonstrated equivalent experience > 2 years
- Team Leader skills – experience leading individuals and the team to achieve their set KPIs
- Strong communications skills with the ability to talk through complexities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills – able to manage complex escalated queries and/or provide support to team members who need guidance/assistance
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new processes and procedures as new technology, service requirements and work methods emerg
