Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience from the industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Solid IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft office
- Readiness to travel
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality training deliveries, that accommodate customer needs
- Support necessary resources to the Training Administration team
- Secure great customer relationship
- Management of up to 25 instructors delivering safety and technical training
- Coordinate on-site and off-site training events, assist the administration team in scheduling trainings, logistics, communication and procurement.
- Actively contribute to a high level of well-being and psychological safety in the department
- Ensure the team lives up to the Vestas core values
