We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic people-leader to join our Garden team. For this position we seek someone who will lead and guide the team with excellent relationship building skills, experience in stock management and the sale of all garden-related products, and the ability to develop strategies and solutions that will help the team continue to thrive and grow.

• Experience in a similar role in a retail and/or other fast paced environment.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in managing direct reports and teams.
• Solid knowledge of green goods, garden hardware and associated products.
• Relevant horticulture or business-related tertiary qualification would advantageous.
• A high level of stock integrity awareness.
• Strong people influencing skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver required outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the business and work as part of a team
