You’ll join a growing group of Team Leaders reporting to the Sales Manager for our Health Insurance Vertical. You’ll team leadership into our Health Insurance vertical with a key focus on coaching and developing the people that report to your role and driving sales performance.

Here are some examples of the tasks you would be asked to do

• Provide coaching, development and advice as required related to performance, sales methodology and any relevant industry knowledge.
• Optimise individual and team performance & development in line with the company performance development & improvement cycle
• Motivate and engage your team to drive sales performance
• Monitor and deliver consistently high-quality customer service via NPS
• Help lead the team through change-related activity
