What is the role?
The Australian Federal Police (AFP) is seeking a suitably qualified HR professional with extensive generalist HR experience to perform the role of Team Leader Human Resources in Central Command.
Based in Adelaide, SA this role will be responsible for leading and managing a small team in the delivery of cyclical HR services across South Australia & Northern Territory across the following functions:
Workforce Planning
HR Policy, Advice & Reporting
Recruitment & Induction
People Analytics
As an AFP Corporate Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing people, managing change and influencing behaviours that lead to a supportive culture that are consistent with the AFP values, AFP Core Leadership Continuum, the AFP Corporate Plan and your Performance Development Agreement.
What will you do?
Lead a team in the delivery of the Command’s workforce management services including the development and implementation of Command-specific workforce plans, forecasting and analysis of resource pool for workforce planning.
Work collaboratively with the People Command national teams and other CCSUs to effectively support and resolve complex people related matters and drive strategic HR solutions for the Command.
