Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Team Leader to join the East Riding Community Integrated Mental Health Services (CMHT).
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Band 7 Team Leader who is an experienced practitioner and will undertake both clinical and operational responsibilities.
The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently, also demonstrate flexibility in the way they work and are able to take on different roles within the pathway, ensuring a clear leadership vision is maintained.
This service operates Monday to Friday 9-5 and allows a flexible working pattern.
As the Team Leader, you will work alongside the Clinical Lead, under the supervision of the Service Manager and Senior Clinical Lead. The team consists of registered clinicians and administrative staff, for whom you will provide day to day support.
The post holder will be required to operationally co-ordinate and lead a multi-agency staff team and provide effective operational leadership and ensure the provision of a safe, competent, and effective service.
Through strong leadership and supporting other team members you will ensure practice is delivered within the team of a high standard and evidence based.
The Team leader will promote independence, foster a learning culture, enhance the autonomy of the service user and ensure high quality, compassionate, person-centred care.
