A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as a Landscape Approvals Team Leader, reporting to the Coordinator Landscape, you’ll take charge of managing the landscape approvals process with efficiency and a customer-centric approach. Leading a small team, you’ll coordinate pre and post-permit processes, ensuring design outcomes align with public realm standards. Collaborating with developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you’ll negotiate effectively to achieve optimal results. Your role involves close liaison with various council units, facilitating seamless integration of landscape plans with growth area developments. WHAT YOU’LL DO
