Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide leadership, direct, initiate and coordinate activities of all personnel on assigned shift; serve and deliver as the responsible Operations Team Leader on shift for designated value stream.
- Ensure that any personnel issues or operational conditions are resolved, accurately recorded and reported, including safety and medical emergencies, regulatory agency interaction, and technical (process) issues.
- Coordinate activities in a dynamic production area (s) to meet regulatory and production goals, including quality, cost and service objectives, whilst managing the deployment of personnel across all work areas and prioritizing production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, perform RTW interviews and other administrative
- Improve communication, take ownership that will supply significantly to the collective success of the team, communicate openly, honestly and effectively with subordinates, peers, managers and senior leaders. Build strong interactive relationships with our manufacturing teams and support functions, focussed on exceeding our collective goals, whilst implementing our strategy.
- Consider and utilise your problem solving skill options when making decisions, incorporate prioritisation. Appraise, improve and develop our processes.
