Enterprise Agreement 2016 - 2020 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

Responsibilities:

The Team Leader, in conjunction with the Team Manager and Consultant Psychiatrist, is responsible for the provision of high-quality clinical leadership, monitoring and evaluation of clinical services to clients, their families and carers. The Team Leader in conjunction with the Team Manager is responsible for ensuring operational outcomes in relation to financial and human resource management, operational targets and key performance indicators.
