Salary: London (within M25): £ 31,169 - 32,760
Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE:
This is an exciting new opportunity for an EO Team Leader to support the smooth running of High Court Family and to liaise closely with senior Judiciary.
You will also support the Delivery Manager and Operations Manager in managing specific functions within the Court.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
The job holder will be required to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
- Direct line management of AO and AA Grade staff.
- Manage court listing functions.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with High Court Judges, Lawyers, administrative teams, and external court users.
- To be responsible for the efficient use of judicial resources, hearing rooms and staff through effective listing and diary management.
- To support the Delivery Manager/Operations Manager to meet the daily needs of the business.
- To enable training and development opportunities for staff to ensure the widest possible knowledge base is achieved.
- To provide direction and support Administration Staff to set out local priorities which are consistent with regional and national priorities.
- To ensure departmental policies are implemented correctly.
- To resolve complaints promptly at first instance acting to prevent recurrence.
- To ensure that statistics are accurately completed in line with governance and performance guidelines.
- Being accountable for ensuring that Governance risk management registers are in place and operational.
A background in listing is desirable.
The post holder will report to the Delivery Manager.
