IDEALLY, YOU WILL HAVE 5 YEARS OF EDUCATION/TERTIARY EXPERIENCE WITH 2 YEARS AT SUPERVISORY LEVEL AND EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION IN EITHER A WORKPLACE OR EDUCATION ENVIRONMENT.

You will have the ability to work in a target driven environment and meet or exceed required targets, Exceptional communication and people leadership skills and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities:

MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA MAHI | ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an operational and academic management role that is designed to support the success of the campus to meet attendance and outcomes targets. A key part of our campus leadership team and reporting to the Campus Manager you will be instrumental in supporting our Trainers to provide an engaging, respectful, and nurturing environment for our students where they achieve at a high level.

Your main area of focus will be to hone your already formidable leadership skills to lift Trainer capability and performance along with ensuring a great work environment where our team flourishes and achieves exceptional results. Some of your other responsibilities will be to:

  • Support academic outcomes
  • Manage trainers to meet their KPI’s
  • Support trainers to deliver quality teaching
  • Support day to day educational operations of the campus to ensure they are managed effectively
  • Ensure training team are demonstrating company values
