This National Allied Health Provider is seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to manage one of their two Sydney teams. The company is full of amazing therapists who are connected by their commitment to providing high-quality therapy to members of the community.
This position would suit either an existing Team Leader or a Senior Occupational Therapist looking to progress to the next stage of their career. We love this company as they focus on three things: job satisfaction, engagement and quality service delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Providing clinical supervision and support to your team members
• Collaborate with the State Manager to continue developing Occupational Therapy services in Sydney
• Manage a reduced clinical caseload of NDIS and Medicare clients
• Providing evidence-based assessment and therapy to members of the community
