Description:

- An Ongoing, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service
- VPS Grade 3: $74,580 - $90,558 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
In the context of a prison, the Team Leader oversees and assists with the provision of effective corporate support services (as specified), within the unique operational environment of a correctional facility.
SOME OF YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Delivering justice services and maintaining accurate, confidential records and providing statistical reports in line with agreed standards and local operating procedures
- Supervising the Property team in the delivery of all administrative functions pertaining to Property at the Metropolitan Remand Centre, including the maintenance of accurate data of prisoner property and the preparation of all documentation relating to a prisoner’s property transfer, classification and release or court appearances
- Planning and prioritising the workload of the Property team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
